Rules (Updated 11/2020)
These are the same rules I use for my traced bases since always, but better explained and with some comments. ✿ Credit me, or at least don't claim it as yours. If you do it, you can use my bases both on dA and other sites. ✿ No need to ask for permission. ✿ Show me when finished, and take your time to make them. Also, the fact that I don't reply when people show me the finished dolls doesn't means that I haven't seen them. ✿ Don't repost any of my bases anywhere. I don't plan to delete any of them, and I don't plan to delete this account either, so I don't see any reason to repost the bases anywhere even if you give me the credits. ✿ Frankendolling allowed. ✿ Don't use my bases for pornography. (ಠ_ಠ) ✿ You can use my palettes. If I used one of your palettes: I'm sorry, but you don't own the colors. No one owns. I can credit you, though. ✿ Sometimes (rarely) I use fanarts to make my bases. If I used your fanart, don't came at me like "you stole my art!!!" because I don't have
It's awfully obvious that I was having problems to find my style, which includes the background colors of my bases. I decided to change my style because I always thought that the white background thing was boring and I saw what other basemakers did to their bases, so I decided to adapt what I liked to my own bases. I tried to use colors based on their respectives original materials, but even though I knew this was a bad idea, I was stubborn and tried it anyway lol. Then I tried to use one color for all of them, but even though I still love that color, it didn't worked too and I was afraid of getting tired of that color and ending up almost hating it (depending on the thing I get tired very easily). So, I decided to use that "color of the year" thing that Pantone does. This is the list of the colors used since I started making bases. Someday, when I feel like, I will put the "new" versions of the bases along with the old versions. 2009: Mimosa 2010: Turquoise 2011: Honeysuckle 2012:
